Vine, vine primavara!Zilele astea am pus in aplicare un plan mai vechi: crosetarea unei zane (cu exceptia papuselelor stilizate). Ceva mai realist... Eu, cum se vede si in acuarele, am ceva cu fetisoare de copii. :D Nu doar pentru ca admir zilnic scumpa fetisoara a prichindelului meu, ci si pentru ca imi plac foarte mult copiii si bebelusii.
Asa am creat un bebelus crosetat, umplut cu vatelina, cu cap sculptat si finisat cu papier mache, pictat cu acuarele si lacuit, are si perisor din fir acrilic, tip angora. Broderia de pe costumas este cu fir auriu si bumbac perlat verde si ivoire. Caciulita cu petale este detasabila. Papusica este de colectie, un obiect de arta.

Here comes the Spring!
Who knows me also knows I have an old passion for fairies :D as you can see here 1 and here 2. These days I made come true an ancient plan of mine: crocheting a fairy (except the stylized dollies). Something more realistic... I, as you can see in my watercolors, I have something with baby faces. :D Not just because I admire my kid's sweet face every day, but also because I looove toddlers and babies.
And that's how I created a crocheted baby, stiffed with wadding, with a sculpted head and finished with papier mache, painted with watercolors and varnished, it also has hair of acrylic angora like thread. The embroidery of the costume is with golden thread and cotton perle green and ivory. The cap with petals is detachable. This dollie is an art doll, a collectible.
